The issue is that there isn't a repo that contains 3.6.9 by the looks of
things, I'm running 3.6.7 and running engine-upgrade-check says there are
no new packages. 3.6.9 doesn't seem to exist in the 3.6 repo?

I'd like to upgrade to 4 asap, but this involves installing a new Centos 7
