You'll need someone more familiar with backend stuff. But it looks like
your host is not installed correctly, or you have network issues.
If this is a fresh installation, I'd try just starting over. Reinstall your
OSes, make sure they are yum updated, reboot them, and then:
1. setup engine according to
https://www.ovirt.org/documentation/install-guide/chap-Installing_oVirt/
2. on your host, ONLY install ` yum install
http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release42.rpm` on top of
CentOS. That's all you need to do.
3. add the host via the UI.
