Steps:
removed the old repos
cleaned my cache rm -rf /var/cache/dnf
installed the https://resources.ovirt.org/pub/yum-repo/ovirt-release44.rpm version
4.4.10.1-1.el8
dnf distro-sync --nobest
hosted-engine --deploy
and the results above
