The EPEL6 package is now available in the
updates repository. You should
now be able to install the ovirt-guest-agent from EPEL

It is ok to use it, however you'll have some errors in the VDSM log
about an unknown 'fqdn' message sent by the guest agent. Which you can
ignore, it is not creating any problems, besides some log messages.
