The Hyperscale SIG is already looking into shipping custom QEMU
packages[1][2] to go along with the custom libvirt package[3]. You
might want to reach out to them and collaborate there.

Would this also require custom oVirt packages, or will the ovirt bits to
support spice/qxl remain?
