This is a known bug... I got caught up in it too.
Searching in the list archives, I overcame this bug using the last nightly ISO:

It was also suggested to do this:
https://www.ovirt.org/develop/dev-process/install-nightly-snapshot.html
This brought me further... Looking forward to 4.5.6 to be officially released!
