I don't get the option to resize the PV. I am not sure where to look to see
why it can't see the size change.
I have tried to manage the domain in and out of maintenance mode, added
another Lun and removed it but no help.
Any ideas?

You will not see the extra space until you resize your file system and
extend it to accommodate the new space.
