Upgrade to 3.4.1 RC should be supported from >= 3.3.2.

For some weird reason 3.4.1 RC install instruction have been written in
http://www.ovirt.org/OVirt_3.4.0_release_notes
instead of http://www.ovirt.org/OVirt_3.4.1_release_notes.
I'll try to fix the online documentation according to the introduced changes today.
