Hi, all.
It's strange that no one answered.
I assumed there are many specialists here who know ovirt deeply enough.
As a result, I solved the problem.
Step by step:
1. Disabled the filter in /etc/lvm/lvm.conf
2. Got a list of domains with the command:
lvs -o vg_name, lv_name, tags
3. Checked the metadata of each vg_name:
/dev/vg_name/metadata
Found no damage.
4. Compared tags of all vg_names:
vgs --noheadings -o tags vg_name
I saw an empty value of the tag "MDT_POOL_UUID=" in the problem SD, in other SDs
it was not empty and was the same.
5. Restored this tag with the same value as in other SDs:
vgchange --deltag MDT_POOL_UUID= /dev/vg_name
vgchange --addtag MDT_POOL_UUID=658ff724-50cf-11eb-a4b8-00163e077cea /dev/vg_name
6. After that, ovirt began to issue a checksum error, suggesting its correct value in the
error text.
Changed the check sum:
vgchange --deltag MDT__SHA_CKSUM=02d7c4e6c792c95030147d9bd372374cdc6bdac9 /dev/vg_name
vgchange --addtag MDT__SHA_CKSUM=1372727aa5081b4facfacc9ac12b4c07beeaa8db /dev/vg_name
After that SD started working correctly.
I would be glad if this information helps someone in the future.
WBR, Yury Valitsky.
