It looks to me like the master it is looking for is no longer there, I'm not sure what
happened.
What you can try to do to get your storage back up is to create a new storage domain(it
won't be able to attach since your pool is not connected to the host).
Then right click on the new SD and choose to re-initialize data center.
It will try to reconstruct your master SD.
also, just so that I have more information about the state of your system, please attach
the result of: 'ls -ltr /rhev/data-center/'.
