I think that you can try to set one of the HE hosts into maintenance
and then use UI to 'reinstall'. Don't forget to mark the host as a HE host
also (some dropdown in the UI wizard).

Sorry, I wasn't aware that this was disabled since 4.3.5, about a year ago:
