Hello Andrei, i have had the same problem and on Debian stretch the problem is the old version of agent from stretch repository. I downloaded 1.0.13 from Debian testing repo as *.deb file. With these new versions of guest-agent then is also a udev rules issue. The serial channels have been renamed and the rules didn`t match for ovirt.
