It turns out the magic was that I needed to upgrade the version compat number for the
storage domain to 4.3, after I upgraded the cluster version to 4.3
Once I did that, I got a maintenance button, and then can edit the thing.
Thanks to Strahil for some tips.

oVirt 4.3: Okay, I found documentation that I cant have more than
one
"ISO" type storage domain.
I can kinda understand that.
But, I cant even edit or delete the existing one?
Even when logged in to the oVirt GUI as admin@internal?
Is this some kind of bug or something?
