Probably yes,
Are you referring to the password of the administrator of oVirt?
This sounds more like an ovirt-node parameter. It is a parameter that
sets the password on ovirt-node that you can use when you add an
ovirt-node host to ovirt engine by clicking New Host.
It sets a password on ovirt-node.
