yes its an iso domain and yes i can only create a data domain. but the
question is why it is limited to 1gb? and why i cant changed it? what
are the reasons for that?

The domain created by engine-setup under /var/lib/exports/iso should
be an ISO storage domain (just for ISO images) not a Data storage
domain (for VMs).
Can you please check that and add your first regular data storage
domain?
