Hello,
it may be a driver problem, try changing the disk interface to IDE, if that
boots install the virtio drivers and remove any Proxmox drivers,

I have several Windows systems I am trying to migrate from Proxmox. In each VM under
Proxmox, I have removed all guest utilities and completed a clean shutdown.
I have successfully imported the disk image into oVirt and attached to a new VM with the
same specs.
When I power on, though, they all give me a "kmode exception not handled".
Has anyone else run into this and successfully migrated a WIndows VM? These are primarily
Server 2019 systems..
