I have tried these files but none of them worked :

dd-mptsas-3.04.20-1.el8_5.elrepo.iso
elrepo is not working on CentOS Stream, elrepo is at RHEL 8.5 and CentOS
Stream is between 8.6 and 8.7.
I would recommend in this case to go with RHEL 8.5 or clone and oVirt
4.4.10 until 8.6 is out and then upgrade to oVirt 4.5.0.
DUD does not really work fine with oVirt Node.
