Hi Yedidyah,
I tried "engine-setup
--otopi-environment='OVESETUP_APACHE/configured=bool:False'"
it did add a ovirt relevant httpd file in conf.d folder but it did't
resolve the problem.
So I setup a test machine and did the simulation, the solution is get file
in the test machine while ovirt is good, replace httpd.conf / conf.d/* and
conf.d.module/* that resolved the problem.
Thank you
Thanks & Regards
Francis Yap

Not really, only configure apache to access it.

Should not

In the database. If you are not queried about the db, the existing one is
used.

To ensure, of course, you have to first try this on a test system.
engine-setup always prompts for confirmation before actually starting
changing stuff. So you can run it until this confirmation, and then
cancel, and post the output. We can then tell you if it makes sense.
This isn't a replacement for a real test on a different system, though.
Best,
