Thanks again Wodel, lsblk just showed /dev/sdb as a disk. Commenting out ‘use_devices_file=1’ in lvm.conf and then ran ‘vdsm-tool config-lvm-filter’ which said /dev/sdb part of multipath. Added ‘wwid “*”’ to the blacklist section of multipath.conf and node booted properly.
