It is a hypervisor host config which assigns VLANS to its ethernet
interfaces.
Each hypervisor host in a cluster needs them set for any VMs on vlan
networks.
Configuring this part of the host or things like pci passthrough through
the engine UI is not the same as 'editing' a host
.
