The image is small and I'm a little blind LOL. Is this the Engine deploy?
You can provide us with the deployment logs that are located in /var
/log/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup and the output of your journalctl or /var
/log/messages
At the beginning of the Engine's deployment, it tells you exactly what the
deployment log file is, it is very useful for debugging.

Did you do an update and not reboot the machine?
At times kernel is updated and not rebooting can cause a difference in the
version.
