I would not begin from oVirt Node ISO
(ovirt-node-ng-installer-4.5.5-2023113015.el9.iso), but from a new clean
CentOS Stream 9 install.
Cause as you see the ovirt-node-ng images are quite outdated.
And then try to execute the installation.
