AMD EPYC Milan CPU should be supported by Advanced Virtualization since June 2021,
included in oVirt Node 4.4.6.1 and newer.
Within oVirt I think it's recognized as "EPYC" without real distinction
between Milan, Rome or others.

Right, there's no distinction, they are all compared against the two variants we have
