first to 4.x and after all your clusters were upgraded then the Data Center
should be also upgraded to the desired version.
The hosts might also need to be upgraded by yum update.
Sandro, correct me if I'm wrong, is there a wiki regarding the Host
upgrade process?
If the hosts are already EL7 you can upgrade using Upgrade manager

Otherwise you'll have to reinstall hosts with EL7 one by one.
