Probably due to the following[1] comment, which did not update the apache proxy.
This another demonstration why we need to reorder the product URIs to structural,
detaching packaging from development.

From what I see, should be:
1. Open port 6100 in firewall.
2. Start ovirt-websocket-proxy service.
3. engine-config -s WebSocketProxy Engine:6100
4. restart engine.
