I am noticing that the engine-iso-uploader tool on oVirt 4.2.7 (running on CentOS
7.6.1810) takes a very long time to load individual ISO's, usually on the order of
hours for a single ISO. Is this normal?

It may be normal if you're uploading on a very slow network connection
otherwise seems suspicious.
As a side note, ISO domains are deprecated, you should upload ISO images
directly on DATA domains from the web admin console.

Thanks for the response. The ISO's are sitting on a local hard drive on the same
system where both the NFS share and engine reside with a 1Gbps link. Not sure how that
would factor.
I was not aware ISO Domains are deprecated. Is there updated documentation I can read to
get up to speed on the new procedure?

is created to solve this issue.
Your input on the bug would be helpful, because
currently I am not able to reproduce locally.
As a side note, ISO domains are deprecated, you should upload ISO
images
directly on DATA domains from the web admin console.
