Hm... this sounds bad . If it was deleted by oVirt, it would ask you whether to remove the disk or not and would wipe the VM configuration. Most probably you got a data corruption there . Are you using TrueNAS ? There is a way to manually dump (dd) the device in command line in order to import it inside ovirt?
