It seems I have to create a new cluster, migrate a host over, migrate a few VMs, and so on until everything is moved over. This really isn't ideal as the VMs have to be shut down and reconfigured, but doable.

What I seem to be stuck on is changing the cluster on the HostedEngine. I actually have it running on a host in the new cluster, but it still appears in the old cluster on the web interface with no way to change this.
