Hi,
I want to use 384 GB RAM with 40 Core CPU in my compute node...i want to
know how i can assign the overhead memory to Qemu/KVM for the host machine
purpose,so it will be well optimize and stable..

afaik ovirt does reserve some portions of memory for itself, so there's
nothing
to do imho.

I don't remember any particular doc regarding it, it could be nice to have
something related to it added to the great doc we now have on oVirt:

oVirt already runs some optimizations/configurations by itself, but if your
hosts are based on CentOS/Red Hat 6.x I think you could also refer to these
docs
