Migrating an hosted-engine env from one storage to another is a new
feature we are going to introduce with 4.1.
Basically you have to follow this guide:
http://www.ovirt.org/develop/developer-guide/engine/
migrate-to-hosted-engine/
and when you are going to restore the DB backup with engine-backup you
have also to add two new options (--he-remove-storage-vm,
--he-remove-hosts) to filter out any reference to the previous hosted
engine env in order to let the auto import procedure for hosted engine to
trigger again.
Unfortunately there is currently an open bug on that and the auto import
procedure could fail after that; currently the safest option is to follow
this workaround:
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1409112#c12
