It results in an install that thinks the ovirtmgmt network is unsynchronized and can't be synchronized because the network is being used (of course, it is being used by the engine).
I found the source of the "unsynchronized" problem; the setup did not create the interface in the oVirt config as a VLAN. I changed the config to include the VLAN tag, and then it sees the configuration as synchronized. -- Chris Adams <cma@cmadams.net>
