Hi, what is your version of runner and runner service? rpm -qa "*ansible-runner*" It is a bit strange that the /var/log/ovirt-engine/ansible-runner-service.log does not exist. After doing a a backup and restoring to a new oVirt management server check for upgrade of hosts fails.
Also reinstall and enroll certificate fails.
The error message is

Also removing and adding a host back fails

Unfortunately the file /var/log/ovirt-engine/ansible-runner-service.log doesn't exist.
