Do you mean that in the new version, I only need to configure CINDERLib when running
Ovirt-Engine, and then I can connect to Ceph server directly in the admin interface?

I see, if you use 4.3 you will have to add the repos manually on the ovirt-engine node and
vdsm hosts If you did not enable cinderlib in engine-setup previously you have to do that,

If it's already enabled there's no need to run it again. I looked at
the doc again now, and it's slightly outdated, since 4.4.8 we add the
required openstack (victoria) and ceph repos automatically
