[ovirt-users] Having issue deploying self-hosted engine on additional nodes

Hi, I have a two-node 4.5.2 cluster and the self-hosted engine was deployed and running on the 1st node. When I tried to deploy it on the 2nd node in the manager UI -> hosts -> Edit host -> Hosted Engine -> Deploy, once I hit ok the window closed and looked as if nothing had happened. There was no message or error that I can find in the GUI. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Henry
