This was updated from a 3.0 system as well as moved to a new server
with a different hostname, so perhaps something went wrong with jboss
during the upgrade/migration.
This "cluster" is running important VM's so I'm a bit hesitant to try
any further upgrades, I also don't see any 3.2 packages in the dreyou
repo and don't want to compile from source for now.
Anyone have any ideas what I can try doing to resolve this issue?

Right location, the jboss configuration seems invalid.
Long time since I used the ovirt-3.1 release, much was changed in ovirt-3.2, all
deployment process was re-written.
