You can install DWH and reports on a CentOS 6 VM in the installation and connect them to the engine machine. So I'm not sure if the Reports Portail is only available in a Centos/RHEV installation or if there is some problem with the sync on the repos. There is no documentation with any reference to this in the wiki or the mailing-list.
