[ovirt-users] Re: ovirt engine 4.4.6.8-1.el8 Connection to ovirt-imageio-proxy service has failed. Make sure the service is installed, configured, and ovirt-engine certificate is registered as a valid CA in the browser.

Looks similar to the other thread "[ovirt-users] Booting VMs from RHEL
ISOs fail". Please read it and then please share more information
about your setup - perhaps open a bug and attach all relevant logs.
