Well all the network stuff, which works pretty fine (if possible in the lab), so: qos, vlans, bridges, bonding etc. (bonding I guess will be out-of-scope for a lab) stuff like live migration or a successfull gluster setup would be cool.
well, you can't hit the 'ok' button, but you can show the cool drag and drop on how to create a bond, map logical networks, labels, etc.
