I only wanna to use open source system to manage high avability (like vcenter but open source). Also does manageiq manage high avability for esxi servers vms? No. For ESXi-like minimal hypervisor image you can try ovirt-node. If you want to manage multiple virtualization systems from the same UI you can try ManageIQ [1].
