I'm setting up nodes with CentOS 7 and Engine is the only thing on 6.6
In your opinion, do you think it will be easy enough to rebuild the engine on a CentOS 7
machine when support is available?

CentOS 7 is supported for host nodes, but not the engine. If you have a mixed CentOS 6/7
environment, note that migration works from 6->7 hosts, but not from 7->6.
