It seems the execution of virt-v2v failed.
You can check if vdsm.log reveals more information on the cause or invoke virt-v2v

Compute -> Virtual Machines -> Import -> set Source to KVM (via Libvirt) ->
set External provider to your provider -> Load

To manage XEN or KVM usning oVirt?
You can then import VMs from those environments to your data center that is managed by
oVirt.
