Do you have a backup made by 'engine-backup' ?
If not, most probably (I have never done it and this is a long shot) you can purge the
data in dwh via 'engine-setup'.
As far as I understand , dwh data is more a 'history' data -> but don't
take my words for granted.
As I'm using Gluster, I use gluster snapshots to create a point-in-time states for
restoration of the engine.
