I tried to remove the UserRole permission but I failed. There is this error message : "Error while executing action : It's not allowed to remove system permissions assigned to built-in Everyone group". If you go into Configure then System Permissions you can remove the UserRole permission. The default permission for Everyone is UserProfileEditor.
