I can confirm that, both on 4.1.5 and master.
I have reported a bug for this issues few weeks ago already. When reported
the bug at the beginning i thought the events just stopped from being
updated, but then i realized the events in engine are reversed. I changed
the summary accordingly.

I confirm that passing from 4.1.3 to 4.1.5 today, now I have events in
engine sorted reverse from before.
Newest are at the end and older at the top.
This is a single host configured with self hosted engine aind NFS.
