[ovirt-users] New planning and prerequisites guide & doco in general

Hi All, https://ovirt.org/documentation/planning_and_prerequisites_guide/index.html Is newly added. I know if has some old material in it as it embeds older documentation segments. Now is your chance to raise issues and i'll fix them.
