And also if someone has experience with Bobcare.... I cannot imaging myself asking the boss "There is a company named Bobcare that are selling oVirt support"

My personal opinion is that you can check the support offerings from Red Hat and Oracle /which both offer oVirt-based product/ in addition to the companies that sell support for oVirt. Best Regards, Strahil Nikolov
