I am sorry for the delay I had to find the time to spin up a new test VM for this and was
quite busy yesterday.
The reason is a missing dependency which causes the Credential Server not to be started.
Please run the following commands as root:
# dnf install pygobject2 -y && systemctl restart ovirt-guest-agent
and it should work
I will fix the dependency issue in the repository

But guest does not react in any way, it just displays login screen.
Also there's anything in /var/log/secure log file. It seems that pam
module is not accessed.
