So you need to migrate the self-hosted engine between clusters, I think the only way is to backup hosted-engine configuration and restore it in the other cluster via a new hosted-engine deploy in the other cluster and a restore of the backup. But I'm very interested on how to manipulate hosted engine in the correct way as this is only my interpretation.
