i have the same issue too, i'd like to try oVirt framework but i'm
able to to download anything (software and docs). However It seems
not that
untill 2 weeks ago it was possible to download ovirt from its website (fedorahost).

Just to be clear that this is for the ovirt node, and the previous repos were for the ovirt-server which is legacy. The new ovirt-engine repos are going to be published in the coming weeks.
