Roy is right, this will add the domain to the list of domains in the Initial Run section
Please note that there is an open bug regarding this issue

* first configure you domain if not already done
$ engine-manage-domains add --domain=DOMAIN
--provider=activeDirectory
--user=USER --add-permissions
* make sure your vm Os Type is set to Windows 7 (or whatever type
your
installing) - Edit the Vm and see the drop-down at the first dialog screen
* then click Run-once (right click a vm from VMs tab) and go to Initial Run
tab in the dialog.
* in the boot options make sure sysprep is set
